About The Artist:
Grace McKee is a retired pathologist who discovered a passion for art a few years ago. Since moving to Arizona, she has taken workshops given by acclaimed artists including Craig Srebnik, Don Sahli, Pat Weaver, Gretchen Lopez, Kathryn Stats, John Budicin, William Scott Jennings, Peggy Sands, David Haskell and Bill Fravel. Her artistic goal is to have her paintings reflect the warm and colorful beauty that surrounds us, conveying a sense of nostalgia for familiar places and keen anticipation for those that we have yet to visit.

Grace is an Associate member of Oil Painters of America, and a member of the American Impressionist Society, Sedona Visual Artists' Coalition, Northern Arizona Watercolor Society, the Medical Art Society and the Sedona Arts Center. She has been in juried exhibitions at the Millhouse Pond Gallery, New York, The Pen and Brush Gallery, New York, the Sedona Arts Center and Manheim Gallery, Cottonwood, AZ. She was represented by Agora Gallery, New York in 2008 and was accepted into the juried exhibition Salon International 2009. She had an exhibition at Galleria d'arte Moderna Alba in Ferrara, Italy, in June 2009. Grace is presently represented by Infusion Gallery, Los Angeles (now in Hawaii) also by Manheim Gallery in Cottonwood, AZ.
